Our HDR hand blended images ensure all areas of a room are exposed properly. We offer simple flat rate pricing for our short term rental images. For our 20 photo package we charge $169, and for up to 40 photos we charge $229. No hidden fees, square footage or travel charges within our service area.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
DRONE
Add some extra impact and perspective with drone photos and video. Prices are based on flying on site at same time as the main photo or video package, weather permitting. We charge just $95 for our drone mini shoot that comes with 5 post processed photos.
TWILIGHT IMAGES
Virtual twilight photos are created by daylight photos edited to resemble dusk photos. Our virtual twilight photo package is $74 for 4 image.
ITEM REMOVAL
If something in the photo is ruining your shot, simply have it digitally removed. Maybe you want to remove the art work on each wall or declutter a bedroom. Removing extra items can help make a space seem more attractive and welcoming. Our rates start as low as $5 per image.

5 drone photos. Perfect for highlighting your property and its proximity to key local spots like beaches, shops, and restaurants (weather permitting). Prices are based on flying at the same time as the main photo shoot.

If you have a listing you want to pull out all the stops on, the plus package is designed to do just that! This package includes:
40 stunning interior and exterior photos, Up to
15 local attraction photos, and 5 drone photos. In addition you will also receive an immersive virtual tour with detailed floor plans, weekly traffic report, laser-accurate room measurements, and reliable property square footage calculations. Along with a custom QR code, and a short URL that you can add to your photo carousel.
We will also work together to create a completely custom house manual. The primary goal is to improve communication with clear concise images and simplified text to reduce unnecessary questions from your guests leading to an overall better experience.
